Ms. Hull is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee’s BFA Acting and Musical Theatre Performance Programs and a local Producer/Director/Actor/Singer in the Milwaukee Theatre community. She is the former Prop Master/Costume Designer/One Act Director for Shorewood Drama, Director of the Shorewood Drama Jr. Summer Musical and Former Director of the St. Robert Middle School Musical. She and her husband are long-time Shorewood Residents. They have two adorable kiddos who are 3 & 1 and a head strong and equally adorable dog, Tito, who is 6. Ms. Hull is thrilled to be stepping into this new role and very much looks forward to directing the wonderful young actors of Shorewood Drama!

Martha is thrilled to be expanding her capacity in the costume department. She has assisted with costumes at SHS working in various capacities for the last two years.  Her love for theatre began while completing her BFA in Fine Arts from Lehman College in NYC. As part of her curriculum, she took several theatre courses. She also volunteered in the costume department, designed the costumes for several shows and volunteered and worked in the stage craft department.

Alexander is a Milwaukee-based composer, pianist and singer. A graduate of Lawrence University with degrees in Music Composition and Art History, he specializes in vocal music. His works have been widely performed throughout the Midwest and recognized with top honors from the Wisconsin School Music Association. Alden has served as music director for numerous youth productions, including Peter Pan Jr., Beauty and the Beast Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and Frozen Jr., and as assistant musical director for Schoolhouse Rock Live! Jr. and James and the Giant Peach Jr. As a pianist, Alden teaches at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, plays for the Milwaukee Ballet and accompanies local school and theater programs. On the vocal side, he sings with the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus as a Paid Core member, and teaches voice at First Stage.

PREPARING THE AUDITION INSTRUCTOR (FALL/RECREATION DEPARTMENT)

Raven Dockery is a local teaching/performing artist. She received her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Music Theater Performance from UW-Milwaukee and her Master’s in Music for Vocal Pedagogy from Carthage College. She has taught at both Carthage and UW-Milwaukee. She has vocal directed for Wauwatosa East, Shorewood Drama and Pius High School. She has performed at Skylight Music Theater, First Stage, The Milwaukee Rep and Black Arts MKE. Raven has also performed at Paramount in Aurora, Illinois and American Gothic Performing Arts Festival in Ottumwa, Iowa. She has also taken her talents overseas performing on Virgin Voyages Ship, Resilient Lady. Besides her love for performing and teaching theater to young adults, you can find Raven working behind the chair at Roots Salon in Wauwatosa as a hairstylist/makeup artist! 

Liz Shipe is a Milwaukee-based playwright, director, and theatre artist whose work ranges from historical adventures to comedies and imaginative adaptations. Named one of Milwaukee’s most prolific playwrights by M Magazine, her plays include Bonny Anne Bonny, The Incredible Adventure of Alvin Tatlock, LE/LA, A Lady in Waiting, and the Sherlock Holmes-inspired Baker’s Street Trilogy. Her work has been produced and developed by theatre companies and arts organizations throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Theatre RED, and Optimist Theatre. Most recently, she wrote and directed Another Midsummer Night’s Dream, an interactive Shakespeare-inspired production that toured throughout the Milwaukee area. Liz is passionate about making theatre approachable, playful, and a place where writers can experiment, take creative risks, and discover their own voice.
